About Dr. Emily Fuller

Dr. Emily Fuller is an orthopedic physical therapist serving Lafayette, CO, with a passion for helping active individuals move confidently and continue doing the things they love. Whether you’re training for your first CrossFit competition, getting back on the climbing wall, returning to weekend hikes, or simply keeping up with your family, Emily enjoys creating individualized treatment plans that help patients reach their goals and build confidence through movement. She has a particular interest in working with those who enjoy outdoor recreation, strength training, and lifelong movement. Emily lives the active lifestyle she encourages in her patients, believing that movement is one of the best investments we can make in our long-term health. Her goal is to empower each person to take ownership of their health while pursuing the activities that matter most to them.

Emily’s treatment philosophy centers on identifying the underlying cause of pain rather than simply treating symptoms. She believes the best outcomes come from individualized care, patient education, and exercise programs tailored to each person’s goals. She enjoys working collaboratively with patients to help them understand their condition, regain confidence, and develop the tools needed for long-term success.

Emily earned her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University before earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Regis University, where she is currently pursuing the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency. She has experience treating a wide range of sports injuries and orthopedic conditions in active individuals across all ages and activity levels. She also has advanced training in dry needling and fitness athlete management, allowing her to combine hands-on treatment with progressive strength and exercise programming.
