Board Certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy
"I believe every individual has the potential to move, perform, and live without limitation. My goal is to help patients build strength, restore function, and return confidently to the activities that matter most to them."

Dr. Erica Tran is a board-certified orthopedic physical therapist and pelvic health specialist in Lafayette, Colorado, specializing in women’s health, CrossFit and barbell rehabilitation, and pickleball injury recovery. She provides individualized, one-on-one care that combines evidence-based manual therapy, strength-focused rehabilitation, and patient education to deliver lasting results.

A Colorado native, Erica earned her Bachelor of Science in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona.
