Climbing for Kids is one of Colorado's most anticipated summer family events. Each year we climb 14,000 feet to the summit of Mt. Bierstadt to honor children with much bigger mountains to climb. This year's climb will be supporting Children's Hospital Colorado Learning Services, The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, and as always, the Heart Institute. The climb will begin 11.8 miles south of Georgetown, CO in the Pike National Forest and Mt Evans Wilderness Area.
